A health care recruitment service funded by the government of British Columbia, Canada. established in 1999, for the purpose of recruiting health care professionals on behalf of facilities around the province.

Baseline worked on the new recruitment and communication collateral, preparing a series of PowerPoint presentations and word templates, carrying the already distinctive branding established in the overall communications package.
