Vancouver City Planning Commission (VCPC) initiated this project – with its focus on Vancouver’s civic future – to share information, encourage ongoing discussion and provide forums for and about the future of urban planning in and around the city.

The first phase provided VCPC with a site dedicated to housing “Alternative Futures, Housing” and subsequently we have created a home page from which the commission discusses other, broader urban issues facing Vancouver now and into the future.
